Customer Service
This workshop focuses on the fundamentals of customer service by defining
the necessary ingredients to achieve customer satisfaction status. Today’s
marketplace requires the ability to be one step ahead of the customer’s
request. Participants will develop the necessary mindset to deliver
superior service to every customer, every time. You will develop a
competitive edge by focusing on the little things within your business
that make the difference.
Customer Service… What Is
It and Why Is It Important?
The organization that can define and execute customer service in their
targeted market within the current economic climate will ultimately be
rewarded with sustained sales. In this workshop you will explore the
behaviors needed to become service-driven and customer friendly within the
parameters of your business.
The Mechanics of Team
Building
The definition of a team is a group of people working together for a
common purpose. You will work through the process of creating your
definition of the common purpose of your organization. A step-by-step
approach will be used to create the desired team-building framework that
is necessary for your success. A successful team does the right thing at
the right time. The desired end result of the workshop will be a focused
team ready to pursue the challenges of delivering consistent results.
How To Achieve High
Performance Team Status
What behaviors define a high performance team? What are the required team
dynamics to create the transformation to high performance status? Team
assessments are conducted in this workshop to answer these questions. The
group will measure the effectiveness of their internal communication as
well as define the characteristics of a high performing system.
Additionally, you will evaluate the team’s current ability to perform the
required roles of a high performance team. Action plans are developed to
address any observed team deficiencies.
Defining Leadership Within
a Changing Environment
The rules organizations have used for years to define leadership may no
longer apply in the current workplace. To be successful today, an
organization must be able to rapidly respond to the ever-changing needs of
its external and internal customers. Today’s leader or manager must be
proactive, and possess a management style capable of clearly defining
expectations. Leaders must be able to articulate a clear direction and
create trust in their leadership ability. In this workshop you will
explore the 12 Dimensions of Leadership that are critical to the success
of your organization.
Who Is Responsible For
Your Development?
We will assist your staff in their quest to learn more about themselves as
they learn to work more effectively with others. Through the use of DiSC®,
your staff will learn how and when to adapt their behavior in order to
reduce conflict and enhance individual and team performance. They will
explore the requirements to become more accountable for results within
your organizational environment in order to achieve their career goals.
Each of these topics can be
customized as 3-hour workshops or full day seminars. All programs are
interactive using assessment tools, team exercises and role-plays.
