Each coaching associate offers a wealth of business acumen as former executives within Fortune 500 companies. We share our diverse leadership experiences within each coaching opportunity. Our coaching associates have a specialty area of expertise and they partner with Chambers Consulting Group Ltd (CCG) as needed. All CCG coaching associates are certified either as an executive coach, business coach, career coach or leadership coach. Our Coaching Philosophy
We use a collaborative approach with the client as we partner to achieve high performance results. In each coaching program we use a four part process:
- Planning and Needs Analysis—to achieve the best business results, we lay the groundwork for an environment of trust as we engage the client in determining their specific development needs. We ask probing questions designed to identify business challenges and assist the client in creating and executing challenging development goals.
- Assessments—we use assessments to assist the client in understanding their behavioral and leadership styles. The focus is for the client to understand themselves and their behaviors as they seek to understand and lead others.
- Implementation—we encourage our clients to explore new frameworks of thinking during coaching brainstorming sessions. We provide candid feedback and a level of accountability to our clients during this phase. We assist the client in creating the action plans that will lead to the desired business results. Accountability of results are discussed and executed.
- Closure—we require closure meetings to determine final completion status of designed goals.
